Great view and a beautiful area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation near Interlaken. It’s just one stop from Interlaken Ost and can be reached by train, bus, or ferry. However, services are not very frequent, so it’s worth planning your transportation in advance. Beautiful stay at Eden. We were picked up from the train station and checked in quickly. The room was phenomenal with a view over the lake to the Alps. We could have sat on the balcony all day just watching the goats walk around. The breakfast buffet hot food was a bit cold, but you could order fresh eggs a la carte which was perfect. You can't go wrong booking this hotel. The location is fantastic, short walk to the train station, in the heart of shopping area, and easy to get to the Roseharyen and museums. The staff were lovely and went out of their way, Manuel the doorman saw is walking down the street with our bags and ran to help us with them. The room was spacious and elegantly furnished. I highly recommend when you are in Bern.

The Hotel Schweizerhof in Bern is an iconic hotel right in the centre of Bern, within easy walking distance of the train station, shops and restaurants. We utilised the valet parking service to park our hire car and asked for the car to be ready the next day at 10am. The property has great views of the lake and is convenient to get to if you have a car. If not you have to take the boat to get to the hotel. The only problem we had during our stay was the limited options of food available as there are no restaurants nearby besides the hotel restaurant.

The room was amazing, with majestic views of Alps, snowy festive scenes and felt like the World had slowed down. Great hosts, attentive and very polite.

We stayed four nights here and loved every minute. It is a short walk downhill from the train station, located just off the main street of the town, so it's lovely and quiet.
