Hotel Kia Ora Resort & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful bungalow."

Le Tikehau by Pearl Resorts
10/10 Excellent
"Our room was so much nicer in person than in the photos posted on their listing! We were so pleasantly surprised how spacious it was, even the back patio with direct access to the water had a full outdoor lounge set which was more than we had in bora bora for WAY LESS of the price. If you want that Bora Bora bungalow aesthetic without the insane prices (of their top 3 resorts) this place is a perfect “dupe”. Also loved how secluded it was as it’s the only hotel on this piece of small land in Tikehau, so it gave off those “on the edge of the world” vibes but dripping in luxury.
The staff was amazing too, everyone was so kind and super attentive to our needs. I thought I might have broken the tip of my finger on our way to Tikehau because I was feeling excruciating sharp pains all around it, and when we asked for some bandages, the manager was quick to make phone calls about possible arrangements to get me to the main island to be seen by the local hospital. When I turned that down, they offered me as much as they had in their first aid kit and checked up on me throughout my stay. It was so nice of them and I wasn’t even expecting them to remember that the whole time but they did! So thank you team at Le Tikehau, you guys were amazing and my husband and I can’t wait to come back with our whole family next time!!! "

Le Coconut Lodge
10/10 Excellent
"Incredible site with beautiful beach and amazing facilities. First class service and friendliness. So accommodating. "

Va'a i te Moana
10/10 Excellent
"Amazing little Pension tucked away off the road, the room was a three bed and we were all female which was pleasant. Easy to get to from the airport either in a taxi (10 minutes) or on foot if you wish (50 minutes). Shared shower, toilet and fridge with an outdoor gas cooker. Only thing to remember is your mosquito repellent and bite cream, they are everywhere. "

Aotera Guest House
10/10 Excellent
"If you are looking for the ultimate secluded beach get away totally away from everything no cars roads or bikes..this is it. GILLIGANS ISLAND without the Skipper and Mary Ann! Nothing but untouched coast line and Palm trees. With that being Aotera Guest House offers very basic bungalows right on the stand steps away from the aqua blue sea. It is however no frills and very basic . No hot water or AC. But sometimes you have to give up the small luxuries in life if you cant afford the Conrad or Sofital and still seek absolute paradise! Far from it all the Captain will pick you up at the Marina and it is a 20 min boat ride to the Guest house.
The food is ok to decent- Beer is available
Beware if you walk down the beach. Along the way the only other property has doberman pincher dogs that have attacked toursists so be aware."

KORIKORI HOUSE FARE BNB2
10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful stay at Kori Kori House!Turia arranged a shuttle service to pick us up (with flower leis and also a quick stop at the grocery store) and drop us off at the airport and also went above and beyond to find a tour operator for the South Pass as well as rental scooters on a public holiday for us! We really appreciated her help a lot! She also made sure we could have dinner at the lodge next door on the day of our arrival which was delicious. The property was well taken care of, the bungalow was equipped with everything we needed. And we were very happy to have AC and screens on the windows (which we didn‘t find in lots of places during our 4 weeks in French Polynesia). The location close to the beach with beautiful sunsets is a big plus, too! Also, the Kori Kori Snack offers very tasty food (the swordfish was amazing!). Highly recommend!!!"

Ninamu Resort
10/10 Excellent
"We were so fortunate to spend our honeymoon at Ninamu — it truly felt like paradise. With only 10 bungalows on the entire island, the resort feels like you have rented a private island!
Chris, the owner, is amazing. He personally purchased the island and built the resort by hand. His passion is visible everywhere, from the beautifully designed spaces to the coral-covered walls that add unique character.
Heava, our waitress and bartender, made our stay extra special with her kindness and welcoming spirit. Chef cooked us some of the most incredible meals — we ate fresh-caught fish twice a day and have never felt better while traveling!
The lagoon surrounding the island is stunning—crystal clear and with vibrant fish and blacktip reef sharks. Snorkeling here felt like exploring a private aquarium!"

Tetamanu Village
10/10 Excellent
"Great location, super easy scheduling activities, really nice staff"

Grande Villa Privée 200m² sur Lagon, vue mer 180°
10/10 Excellent
"This place was a dream come true. So very beautiful and the host was outstanding. I don't think you could get a more perfect vacation. Everthing about the villa was 10 stars. Location, ammenities, host, activity recommendations and food. We used their meal service and it was well worth the money. it was like eating in a 5 star resturant. Very reasonable prices and more food then we could eat. We would most definitely stay here again. Thank you Jonathan for the memories of a lifetime."
