"There was no hot water and no water for one day. Food was not good. I broke my tooth on some chicken wings. They said no to Expedia booking and I insisted on Manager intervention. Electric vehicle charging facility was very good."

"Overall, it’s a great place to stay. I personally prefer a mattress that is more spongy and has cushioning effect. The mattress was a bit solid and was uncomfortable, but next day they put additional comfort layer and it was okay. The spa service is good but some staff at its reception need more training on good customer service."

"As I check in I make online reservations in Expedia , the staff told me they don’t accept Expedia but they will talk to them, the room I reserved was way different then the one they gave us, there is no partial ocean view, Good and caring customer service , 7.5/10"
