"My room had a dead roach in the bathroom, and we named him Tommy 😆 the view from the room was great! And the taxi driver Hakeem was absolutely amazing he was our local tour guide we where 2 girls on vacation she walked us in to make sure we where safe and or show us around he definitely made up for everything else…"

"Idk where to start.. but first they advertise being kid friendly and it's not. They have nothing for kids to do so if you don't rent a car do not bring your kids here.. they will be bored. The staff is rude, you'll run into one or two employees that are attentive but other then that they're all rude and have no sense of urgency. The front never answers the phone if there's an emergency. And if you walk to the front late at night the doors are wide open with no security and no one at the front desk. Cats everywhere and walking around where you're eating and they try to climb tables. The rooms are kind of old. And for stuff they sell it's super over priced. "

"THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND HAD ALL THE AMENITIES NEEDED. BOTH POOLS WERE EXCELLENT AND THE STAFF AT THE RESORT WERE VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN."

"Taxi services was always available. Front desk staff friendly and always available to help. Bar servive great. Food was good. Great beach access. Quiet beach no crowds. Beautiful landscaping. The room needed some upgrades but overall it was a comfortable stay. Be aware of mosquitos getting in your room!"

"My stay was great ,I would have given 5 stars except the cook didn't show up 1 morning , 1 of the waitress was kinda rude because I sent burnt food back , I was told I didn't have to pay for it because I sent it back and didn't want it anymore ,I was brought out a new plate , long story short I payed for it and the property just needs an good investor to open back up the game room, spa etc.... some updates ,But otherwise I wood stay again ."

"I would strongly caution others before booking this property through Expedia. Before my scheduled stay, multiple Expedia representatives and I repeatedly attempted to contact the hotel, but were unsuccessful. AT LEAST four different Expedia agents tried to reach the property on my behalf for SIX days (!!!) and were unable to get any response. This raises serious concerns. If a property cannot be reached before your stay, there is no way to confirm your reservation, ask questions, or resolve issues. It also raises concerns about what would happen if something went wrong during the stay and support was needed. I was ultimately unable to proceed with my trip due to a medical emergency, but the larger issue is that neither I nor Expedia could establish contact with the hotel at all. That alone made the booking feel unreliable and unsupported. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable booking this property again."
