LGBT Welcoming Hotels in Souss-Massa

"The hotel is in a great location - 10 mins walk to the beach/promenade with another 5 mins onto the Marina and a 5 min walk in the opposite direction to the cable cars. The room was clean, if a little dated and everything worked as it should. The balcony was small - it was just large enough for two people to sit alongside each other. The pool was kept clean and tidy and during early March there were plenty of sunbeds available. Breakfast was repetitive but ok with the usual egg station that was manned by two great egg chefs and a lady that made great Msemens and Baghrirs! The reception team first come across as distant, but were really lovely and helpful and the lady that cleaned my room was great and did a great job. The spa didn't appear to be open and I didn't see anyone in the gym whilst I was there. I thoroughly recommend staying here for a great budget holiday"

"We had to move due to the noise. New room the patio door didnt close properly,reported and never fixed. Phone also broken and not repaired. The evening entertainment is very loud and goes on past midnight. Not a relaxing time. Booked an excursion through the hotel and picked up 45 minutes late. Stopped at 2 unplanned destinations and arrived at the destination we wished to visit and only got 30 minutes there as we had to make the 30 minute trek back to the minibus. We then ended up back at the hotel 30 minutes early Reported it at the hotel. No feedback."

"Very nice hotel, in good location.Nice modern and big rooms.It’s an all inclusive resort with good food, three restaurants and few bars with good drinks.The common areas like swimming pools, gardens lobby just great.And the hotel staff very helpful, polite and always smiling making the whole experience even better.Definitely recommend."

"We had an amazing stay at your hotel apart the waiter at your restaurant was very unprofessional and treated us not too good and we had to leave the restaurant and had our dinner at the restaurant next door the Paragose at Argana so on our way back to the hotel complained to the hotel reception about his behaviour .other than this all the staff are amazing and the hotel is beautiful I would recommend to anyone to stay there. Thanks Million.H"

"The hotel as a property is excellent - recently refurbished and in great condition, clean, excellent layout, probably the biggest pool I've ever seen, lots of sunbeds, private beach area and a good gym. We didn't use the spa. The staff are excellent and attentive. "

"A lot of style but not a lot of substance. A hotel of this calibre is missing a lot of standard things. Usually there’d be in room bathroom amenities, but there was none. I requested the shower gel to be filled up on 4 separate occasions but was never done. The kettle didn’t work even again after I reported in multiple occasions. One day they didn’t replace the towels and I had to report twice before we got them. Ordered some ice and a corkscrew on room service the first night, never arrived. The bedsheets were bobbly and rough. Beautifully designed and the breakfast was nice, but there’s a lot to be desired. Beautiful pool area, lovely bar seating, great location. Just needs some of the basics to be worked up to make it a great stay. "
