"Everything was very good from reception to room service. The staff is very polite and friendly, responsive within minutes. I really liked the breakfast buffet. The only thing is that there's a problem with the shower drain..and I hope they fix it. Again, staff is very well trained and helped me at checking out. Checking in/out were very good. My issue was with my booking. I booked a hotel apartment with Expedia but when arriving it was a hotel suite in another building of the same hotel. I...

"First of all, there was water in the bathroom leaking every day. They said they fixed it , but I have pictures to prove otherwise. I also skipped and bruised my shoulder. It was terrible. There was no microwave as well. We could not heat up our food. We paid in advance for two meals and they said we only paid for room. There was no mention of food included on my receipt unfortunately. I will ask for partial refund from Expedia . "

"für fast 70 EUR pro Nacht zu teuer, sehr alte abgenutzte Möbel Lage nicht in Dubai hier sind auch die Gesetze anders als in Dubai sehr sauber Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit war zu dem Zeitpunkt 23.12.14 bis 07.01.2015 preislich nichts annähernd günstigeres zu finden sonst hätten wir dort nicht gemietet"

"Even though it's close to the airport traffic meant a 50 minute taxi ride tv could only get 1 chanel water in shower went from Luke warm to cold in 5 minutes . The lift was very hit and miss and no lights in the stairs. "
