"Stumbled upon Chattanooga Heritage Motel. Going to see theater performance Downtown Chattanooga. Clean room. Comfortable beds, no bugs. Manager Jimmy absolutely outstanding. Even loaned me a outlet adapter for my HDMI charger. Rooms being remodeled to include HDMI access. SUPER QUIET rooms. Pool very nice, patio chairs, tables & umbrellas! Welcome bag at check-in, water bottles & snacks. Road access is the only negative. Must pass motel & doubleback in order to access parking lot. City Cafe is the in-house restaurant & is unbelievable! Very busy. Food OOTW (out of this world). Just booked another visit in 2 weeks. Enjoyed this visit 1000% more than a much more expensive "big name" facility earlier in July. "

"The hotel was lovely, both in expected and unexpected ways. The coffee bar in the morning was superb, although I do wish they provided tea bags or coffee in the rooms. I didn't enjoy paying $3 per tea bag. That aside, the rooms were clean, the bed was unbelievably comfortable, the tv was huge, and the bath robes were a great touch. Additionally, the water pressure was great, and the bathrooms were designed with a beautiful towel and plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The room design itself was both charming and relaxing. I've heard people complain about dim rooms, but to be honest, this hotel isn't meant to be a Holiday Inn, and it's meant to be a bit more austere than that. The dimmed lights provided a much more smoky and old timey atmosphere that successfully mimicked a true French hotel. It's just down the street from some great food and drinks. The only staffing complaint is from one person who was short with me for interrupting his video when I came down to get tea. I called on the phone ahead of time and was asked to come down, and he had a serious attitude when I told him so. He was really short with me for something that was pretty trivial (especially considering they already cost $3 each), but I can't let that detract from the overall experience considering the fact that it was a brief inconvenience and I do consider myself to be thick skinned. Overall, I really look forward to coming back here in the future, preferably for a longer stay. 5 stars"

"Great location. Loads of shopping and dining within walking distance. The TN aquarium is directly across the street. The property is clean and well-maintained. Breakfast and dinner options within the hotel. The pool is very small. Check and check-out were quick and easy. Parking is not connected to the hotel. "

"Honestly this was a great stay for a sports visit. Close to convention center and UTC. Easy parking lot. Spacious room with kitchenette. Breakfast included. Food city with Starbucks inside 0.2mi away. No complaints!"
