"Hotel is very simple but clean, staff is friendly. Food is okay. Rooms are clean and spacious, beds are pretty hard but we had good sleep. Pool is okay, there is sauna. The bowling area is really good with games, pool and bar."

"Sind ein bisschen enttäuscht. Waren jetzt schon siebte mal in Harrachov und von Pension Rotunda haben wir etwas mehr erwartet. Am ersten - Betten sind schrecklich. Man hat Gefühl, man schläft nicht auf die Matratze, sondern auf die Holzbretter😟. Bettwäsche, mit Haaren 😖. Einrichtung selber Uralt, teilweise kaputte Sachen. In Kommode lagen noch die Wäsche (bestimmt von vorherigen Gästen) 😟. Wir waren in Dachgeschoss. Zimmer sind sehr eng, so wie Bad - es ist vielleicht 1mx1,5m und da ist...

"Sehr zentrale Lage in der Nähe der Sprungschanzen. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich, allerdings war eine Verständigung weder auf deutsch noch auf englisch möglich, was laut Hotelbeschreibung möglich sein sollte. Für die kalte Heizung hatte Sie keine Lösung parat. Auf die Nachfrage nach einer elektrischen Heizung am Folgetag wurde dann schnell reagiert. Die Parkplatzgebühr von 2 € laut Hotelbeschreibung war nicht korrekt. Uns wurden 5 € pro Tag berechnet. - keine Kartenzahlung möglich -...

"Es ist das abartigste was ich jemals als Hotel gesehen habe . Schade das ich keine Bilder hochladen kann. Ich habe 120 € pro Nacht bezahlt weil nichts mehr frei war in harrarov was schon der dreifache Preis als üblich ist . Ich bin Abend 20 Uhr angekommen unfreundlich das Personal so begann der Alptraum . Dann das Zimmer nicht vorbereitet nicht bezogen der Müll der Gäste davor alles kaputt und beschädigt die Matratzen vesüft ekelhaft unfassbar . Die Rezeption damit konfrontiert mit Bilder die...

"vše v pořádku skvělý a vstřícný personál nadstandartní snídaně skvělá poloha jediná výtka měli jsme 4lúžkový pokoj bohužel na 4 postelích se nedalo spát na dvou strašlivě měkké matrace a rozkládací dvoulúžko které se opravdu při používání rozkládalo 2 noci jsme přežily ale na více přespání by to nebylo jinak naprostá spokojenost."
