"We arrived to the hotel and were given a room that had a terrible noise on the AC. The window of the room on the 6th floor was broken. It was dirty, the water glass in the bathroom still had toothpaste marks as it was used before. I asked at the desk for another room, he said that that wasn’t possible, all rooms were taken. He then proceeded to suggest we just turn of the AC all he could do was to provide a fan. My wife and I walked out of it ASAP. I took videos of the noise the AC was making,...

"Excelente lugar !! La gente y los dueños realmente es un placer disfrutar tiempo en el complejo. Paisaje privilegiado. Si tendría que mejorar algo es la conexión de wi fii ya que no puede tener señal para estar conectado a pesar de que el lugar cuenta con múltiples conexiones, tal vez es algo propio de la zona y debo del complejo . Pero realmente hermoso lugar 100% recomendable"
