"My family and I had a wonderful stay at Pafuli Bungalov which is a beautiful wooden bungalow surrounded by tea plantations. We woke up surrounded by greenery and nature - it was just amazing! "Dont know how it is rated 5 stars, no bill boy to carry bags for old people, not very good understanding of English, we had to beg for facial tissues the hotel is great as a building , nice location and view but staff are poor breakfast not up to expectations "
