"We would definitely recommend this property, just highlighting a lot of confusion around dining table assignments, and that for some reasons the outdoor one kept being moved under the sun despite plenty of availability under the shaded areas and us moving the tables every time clearly annoyed of the sun. Another element of improvement we would have liked is availability of water bottle refilling stations around the property."

"Beautiful exterior, but rooms are quite old, toilets are not well maintained with rusty tap (in a 5-star hotel?) Pool was closed in end of Sep, but on the Expedia website hotel description, it says seasonal pool is only closed from October. Receptionist is not helpful nor friendly while check-in. It is not a 5-star experience that is expected. Restaurant staff is attentive though. Overall, do not recommend this hotel for this price. "

"This place is amazing. It is a beautiful property located in an orange orchard and olive tree farm. The rooms are spacious and newly renovated. The breakfast was good. Fabrizia was so friendly and so accommodating. She was wonderful. My only regrets are could not stay longer and we could not try their restaurant as it was closed. "

"The hotel was quite a disappointment. We were there as a couple and had booked all-inclusive. However, at check-in we had to pay over €150 extra for a club membership, which we didn't know what it was for. Included in the all inclusive package was the food, which was more or less the same every day and only water and wine from a tap to drink. We drank from plastic glasses. "The rooms we stayed in are Trulli - but modern, comfortable, spacious. Isabella and her son, Guiseppi are very friendly and helpful. The bed is firm and comfortable, the shower is hot and strong.
