"Nach der Anreise auf den gut ausgebauten Sraßen , kamen wir an dem kleinen gut ausgestattetem Häuschen an. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt so wie besprochen. Die Lage und Unterkunft ist idela für Meschen die Ruhe suchen. Da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas entfernt sind, ist es von Vorteil, wenn man vor der Anfahrt einkaufn gwht. Sehr geeignet für Selbstversorger."

Nothing was too much trouble and he was so kind and helpful. Plus- the restaurant had some of the finest food and the most wonderful relaxed atmosphere. "The exterior of the hotel is beautiful. It is centrally located in Rieti as well. So, if you are wanting to stay in the city center, I would recommend this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind as well. But be warned, this hotel has been touched since ~ 1950ish. To say it the hotel is outdated would be an understatement. "

"Ottima posizione, personale gentile e disponibile ma struttura non organizzata per un b&b, camera assolutamente spoglia : letto matrimoniale, letto aggiunto e comodini, abbiamo dovuto chiedere uno stand per appendere i vestiti e una sedia di appoggio. Camera molto piccola. Bagno pulito, a parte due ragni sul soffitto, ma assente di appoggi per asciugamani. E' assente una guardania pur essendo la struttura isolata. Il prezzo è troppo alto per l'offerta, abbiamo usufruito della colazione...

"The property is stunning, amazing views of the mountains of Casaprota. The home Is comfortable, spacious and the beds are super comfortable. Stefano was a great host, offering a lot of insight into all things Italy. We even had an opportunity to have an authentic Italian restaurant experience with him and his family, which was a pretty awesome experience. "The property was lovely and spacious and the pool was great! The kitchen lacked a few bits and bobs and it would have been good to have been met by the owner/ key holder when we arrived. There is a lovely restaurant 500m down the road."
