"Meet & greet host : Informative of area churches etc. Description of room on site misleading. This room is Not Luxury. Would describe as basic Travel Room. Bed: Poor quality of structure. We notified host that the Bed "Creeked "Badly " with every Slight movement. Response " no one else has complained " which does not solve the problem. We requested a solution & for the host to come to room. Mentioned to a cleaner. No one was willing to attend to our complaint. Host wrote offering a topper...

"This place is amazing. It was built as a winery in 1600’s and now it has been converted into a hotel. The architecture and interior finish is beautiful. The grounds and pool are meticulously maintained. It was a treat to have a full hot breakfast rather than the usual continental. It was very quiet however we were there in October."

My son was sick during the stay and hotel helped us get transportation to emergency at 10pm (there was limited public taxi in the town). "Big room. Twin beds, which felt quite small and a very uncomfortable pillow (why hotels can’t provide guests with two decent pillows each is beyond me). Unable to find our booking on arrival, so ended up staying in what appeared to be a disabled room, with very high toilet. Basic breakfast provided, but the coffee was really good."
