WhereI have an issue is that it seems something this size has been built to accommodate international guests, and the staff's level of understanding and speaking English was quite poor. "The property is in bad condition as a newer hotel. Need to replace all the bed linens and towels urgently (lots different stains on them). Bathroom needs upgrade. The only good thing about this property is the location. "

"No hot water. No toiletries, better to avoid breakfast, even you want to eat nothing will be there. So no more Nusanatara"
