"Let me start with the good points since there are very few : the look of the room - beautiful
Now the rest, I ’m an experience traveller and experienced in hospitality and I am ensuring that this hotel can charge such a high price or the poor service provided :
- we cannot driving ourselves and it’s been impossible to find the hotel : the pin location is not accurate (the hotel is located almost an hour from kandy im the countryside) and there are no sign anywhere to indicate the right...
