"This property is perfect proximity from the airport. They keep the whole facility clean and the staff are very friendly and easy to work with. Rooms are comfortable and feature all the basics that you need for a good stay."

"Hotel limpio, servicio excelente, su cocina muy sabrosa todo lo que consumía y habitacion confortable. Solo el detalle de que el sonido del pasillo se escuchaba todo y es algo molesto. Y en la terraza de la piscina los tornillos de fuera. Uno de ellos me lastimó el pie. Pero es un gran staff atendiendo y si los recomiendo."

"Check-in wasn’t friendly, and though they tried to help with the room not being ready, it lacked warmth. The shower door didn’t slide, making temperature control uncomfortable and risky. The room door didn’t close fully, letting mosquitoes in. The pool was freezing. Towel service was inconvenient—no towels by the pool, and I had to go with staff to swap them. Breakfast was good but overpriced for Nicaragua. Honestly, they need to step up their guest care. With improvements, it could be far better."
