We had a comfortable room, and both the location and breakfast were excellent! Huge shoutout to Than at the front desk, Mark (the filipino manager), and Jerry, who helped us with our belongings—they were all exceptionally warm, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay.
My only issue was during check-in with Girma or Grima (front desk lady with long eyelashes and name starts with letter “G”). She was unwelcoming and interrupted my wife when my wife tried to explain that another guy agent that my wife communicated over the phone had noted to hold a room for us if available (the guy agent asked the airport arrival time so he could let us checkin if there’s a room available as the reason why the guy asked our airport arrival information). Aside from that interaction, the rest of the team made us feel right at home, and we truly appreciated their fantastic service!"
