"On our first night of the stay, the sink was clogged and unusable, and the air conditioner was so weak. Also the toilet is completely different to the photo advertised from the website, looks like a scam. However the food for dinner and breakfast were really delicious. Overall just okay, that’s why it’s 2/5"

"The staff are excellent and helpful. Some of the equipment in the gym is broken so limited especially if there’s more than 1 person in the gym. Breakfast items can sometimes be a bit dry from being left out. The fruit was also old but other than that it’s a fine stay and very convenient for getting on the motorway. "

"My wife and I visited Amsterdam over the Easter weekend, but we weren't convinced by any Amsterdam hotel, so we decided to book a hotel in Utrecht and take the train from there (cheap, fast and every few minutes). Entirely by accident, I've booked this hotel which isn't even in Utrecht, but at about 8 miles (15km) away. It's a gem! Clean, quiet with a million amenities and options, super safe parking (even for a motorcycle) and easy access to the motorway. I'm sure we'll go again sometimes."

"Well placed hotel peace ful but close to centre, staff are very Pleasant, nothing too much for you. Room was comfortable but when we split the beds for twin room the floor under the beds was filthy and hadnt been cleaned for months, apart from that the rest was clean and tidy, i would stay again"

"Nice place at the water. If you have things you need to do, this is a nice place to stay. Service is not constant. We left early every morning for an event. 1 day there was no breakfast prepared for us. 2 day, excellent breakfast was prepared. 3 day, terrible breakfast was prepared. Resturang food is just okay, I would say there is other mich nicer places around. Beautiful place to have drinks, staff super friendly. We would come back again. "

"This was a great place to relax for a few days before heading home. Lovely quaint hotel with everything that you need. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Easy access to walk to shopping and restaurants. Found that most shops didn’t open till about 11:00 am and closed at 6:00 pm. So plan your shopping around those hours. Would stay there again!"
