"The house was furnished comfortably but the 3 bedroom was up a steep flight of stairs rather than ground level. Restaurants nearby and a few minutes walk into Volendam where there are further choices of bars and restaurants. Everything worked well with check-in on a smartphone. The app to use the key was very slow on my phone. Small pack provided with a bin liner, some washing up liquid and cloth. Very easy to catch bus to Amsterdam Central Station with couple of minutes walk to the bus...

"We loved this home! This canal house provided a very unique experience for our family. It was simply charming! We spent several nights in this home and enjoyed both Edam and Amsterdam. We rented bikes one day for local riding. Another day we took the bus (quick & easy) into Amsterdam. "Bel hébergement, bien situé. Un petit magasin est disponible au niveau de la marina. Un autre se trouve trouve un peu plus loin dans Volendam. La péniche bouge un peu lorsqu'il y a du vent, donc il faut tout de même s'assurer que vous n'avez pas le mal de mer. La cuisine est pratique pour se faire à manger.
