"I idea of this property is amazing. The staff is absolutely amazing however I did not receive a cultural experience. The experience was white washed and pitiful exploitation of the tribes represented. It was not until the dance did I feel connected to my ancestors. It was beautiful it spoke to me for me. The food was good but the same options were given for lunch and dinner, there are no near by options unless you have a vehicle."

"The only good thing about this hotel was that it is in a very beautiful location. It's on a hill, overlooking some amazing countryside. Unfortunately, it is terribly run. We didn't have hot water in our room for the duration of the stay - despite their best efforts. The kitchen was an utter shambles - it took them close to 3 hours to serve our lunch order, and more than two hours to get us our dinner order.
