"This hotel has so much potential unfortunately it wasn’t to the normal standard that a three star German hotel is. The restaurant was open from 6 pm till 8 pm for dinner if you arrive at 7:45 pm it’s too late and that is ridiculous as for breakfasts The cheeses and hams and eggs weren’t replenished so choice was greatly limited. "We were absolutely delighted by the warm and kind welcome upon arrival on Saturday night by a super kind and competent receptionist who took the time to chat to our children and made all of us very welcome. The check-out was also smooth and pleasant and the waitresses/waiters during breakfast were also professional and kind. Please keep up working with and supporting your excellent staff!"

"The Hotel is nice and the rooms are clean. The only problem is the breakfast in the morning. Tables will not be cleaned when guests are finished and difficult to find someone from the staff when you have a question or to need something. The breakfast basic. The food in the restaurant was ok. "
