"Staff was excellent and helpful. The decor was unique and definitely geared to a modern, simplistic style. We are more into comfy, cozy style. For that reason we won’t stay at a Tru hotel in the future. As a boomer generation we had difficulty squeezing the soap tubes, also shampoo and conditioner tubes. This made it impossible to wash our hands and I was concerned about cleanliness of the tubes. I’m glad we carry these items with us and that includes a bar of soap!"
