"Beautiful property, right on the nicest sandy beach on the Black Sea. Looks brand new. Hard to leave"

"Only reason I booked this place is because of rated 5 star Hotel. But the facilities and service far from it. I’m disappointed fact that how can they get 5 star rating is beyond me"

"When we checked in there was no water for the first 2,5 hours, so we were not able to even use the toilet. This was not shared during the check in, at reception they don't know 1 word in English, they were not even trying to, on top of that they were rude as hell. Wifi was terrible. Breakfast was goos. Pool is nice, big parking also."

"Great location, fresh air, close to the river and sea"

"Really nice place but price too high for what it is from my point of view"

"Oda temiz çalışan güler yüzlü gece geç girdik ama problem etmediler ve hızlıca hallettik işimizi."

"Beautiful and clean. Friendly and helpful staff too."

"Very good hotel and service. "

"Temiz di otel daha sezon başı heralde kahvaltı pek yeterli değildi"

"We arrived late and left early-ish, breakfast was pre-portioned on the tables which was rather disappointing but the room was great, staff were very pleasant and a lovely communal area too "

"Merkeze uzak olsa da merkezi aratmayan bir işletme. her türlü olanak mevcut. havuz ve odalar bakımlı ve temiz. Personel inanılmaz yardımsever ve güler yüzlü. o kadar memnun kaldık ki seyahatimizi 1 gün daha uzattık. kışın bile gitmeyi düşünüyoruz sırf şömineler için."

"Good location and breakfast helpful staff. Parked our motorcycle inside the hotel overnight excellent service"

"It was a nice place. Excellent breakfast. The room was a little small but comfortable but the shower was a little messy since it didn't have a door."

"Good value for money , friendly and collaborating staff "

"👍"

"The garden is beautiful and it is really relaxing to have fresh and delicious breakfast in such a uniquely decorated setting. However, my stay in the room was subpare. The building is old and it clearly shows in the hotel room. My friend and I stayed in the ground floor. Perhaps they have renovated the upperstory, because the reviews I read online about this hotel do not match my own experiences. The shower leaked like crazy in the bathroom; it created a nice nasty pool around the sink. ...

"The hotel is ideally located on the centre of the town. The room was small, however, clean with a comfortable bed. The access door had been cut down in hight in relation to the sloping roof and I mean small. Their is no lifts to the upper floors. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was Turkish style and very good. The bathroom was of a good size with plenty of hot water. There is a very serious dog problem with packs of more than ten dogs and is a safety issue particularly if...
