So I have to drive by night 3 hours to find a new place. So I haven’t spend my night I hope I won’t be charge for that!!! It’s a shame "

"The food is wonderful , no doubt .I booked a panoramic view room .That means upgraded room . We get that old room , not updated , broken drawer , no table at the balcony .Near the elevator. The engine is heard all day and all night. And the clerk at the reception said , its what you booked for .period"
