"I’ve stayed here a couple of times. The rooms are good, typical Cambodian style spaces. I like that. Be sure to get a low floor room as the roof has a nightclub that gets pretty loud. The restaurant has good food and particularly good coffee. Very reasonable prices too. Yeah, brkfst doesn’t come with the room, but the price of the meal is totally cheap for the quality food. The hotel is just about one block to the east of the big central roundabout. Really close to the river too."

"Architecturally, a pretty hotel with plenty of room. Two complaints: What gives a 5-star hotel five stars, is the service. The young staff, although polite and respectful, were not well trained, (if they were received any training at all). The hotel has only 18 rooms and one restaurant, which was good, but limited in menu. Secondly, the hotel is 30 minutes from the city, and the hotel works with a transportation company that is 30+ minutes away. So, plan in advance. This would be a nice hotel for a wedding party, but not for a tourist or business visit to Phnom Penh. "
