"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. I booked the room one day in advance through the Expedia app, where it was clearly mentioned that air-conditioning was included. However, when I arrived, there was no air conditioner in the room—only a heater, which made it very uncomfortable as the room became quite warm.
The biggest issue was that the room had a very unpleasant smell, which made the stay even worse. Additionally, the TV remote was missing from the room. I tried calling reception using the telephone provided, but it was not working and the call did not go through.
On the positive side, the staff was okay and the rest of the hotel was fine. However, the room condition, especially the smell, lack of air-conditioning, and missing basic facilities, really affected my experience."
