"Okay for a quick overnight, but only if you have a refurbished room. Amenities are limited. Breakfast just okay. Parking lot had two cars with flat tires which didn’t leave a good impression. The back door to the hallway had no lock from the outside, so we felt unsafe."

"This is a perfect place to stay for many reasons and many occasions . the landscape is beautiful, the house is very nice and the location is far enough out of town to give you space yet convenient to the town for whatever. The host is amazing. we have stayed at this place 4 separate times and would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"No wash rags No bath soap The man that checked me in a slob They had a stack of previously used door keys in previosly used door keys envelopes in a pile on the desk. The man checking me in had to sort through this pile to find my key. The juice machine for breakfast didn't work. The employee said it has a mind of its own and it comes and goes as far as working. The eggs and sausge wre cold. Pump coffee dispenser was dirty. They 2 employees I had contack with acted like you were bothering then. The luggage cart was old and small."

"This property is wonderful for Spring! Sitting on the front porch with a breeze is very relaxing.A little disappointed that there wasn't any written information on local tv channels if the weather was bad it would be nice to have a list along with check out procedures. Went and bought dishclothes and dishtowels. Light over bathroom sink didnt work. All minor inconveniences. There is a nice grill in the back area that would have been nice to use, it didnt have any fuel and it would be too expensive to purchase a tank for 5 days.Lots of brochures with great information on things to do and about SD. The walking trail and park are beautiful! Loved waking up to the beautiful view of the river area, you can't find a view like that just anywhere. We felt safe in this house and no stairs is a great attribute for us as senior citizens. YES we would rent again!"
