"Overall, we had a very good stay at the airport hotel in Billund. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The location is convenient, especially if you're flying into or out of Billund.
The only disappointment was the communication regarding the complimentary shuttle service to and from LEGOLAND and LEGO House. We spent a significant amount of money on Uber because we were never informed that the hotel provides this free service. This was not clearly communicated to us before or during our stay, and the information was not prominently available on the hotel's website.
The hotel should do a much better job of communicating this valuable service to guests, both on its website and in booking confirmations or at check-in. It would save customers unnecessary transportation costs and make their stay even more enjoyable.
Apart from this issue, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily recommend the hotel."
