"The pool was empty and the staff said it was full and ok to use which was not the case There were no towels in the room nor any toiletries I had to ask for a towel and they gave me only one but not any toiletries The bathroom had a leaked and the staff were rude with bad attitudes and would rather play on their phones I would not recommend staying but with a little care and some maintenance and some helpful staff there would be a massive improvement "

"I DID NOT EVEN KNOW THAT EXIXTS A POOL. THE RESIDENCE IS ANOTHER NAME WHICH MISLEADS PEOPLE. I WAS 5 HOURS LOOKING FOR THE PLACE. IT IS IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE. NOTHING AROUND. PEOPLE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE DO NOT ANYTHING. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET INFORMATION OR DIRECTIONS. SO, I WAS LIKE BEING IN A PRISON. THIS IS NOT MAGIC SUITE ALSHAEB, IT IS LA RESIDENCE.
