From cozy wine tastings in front of the fire to made to order breakfast, the staff exceeded our expectations at every turn especially when my husband became ill. Their concern and care was so appreciated. Our visit to Mendoza was way too short, but we will definitely return and wouldn’t stay anywhere else! "

"What a stay. One of the best hotels we have stayed at. The service, the room, the location, the atmosphere, everything was simply perfect. We realy enjoyed staying at Susana Balbo. We had a lovely trip to Aconcagua, not to the top, but first basecamp. we had an excellent guide that Balbo fixed for us. The vineyards we visited was lovely. they gave us Interesting informations about making wine and how the companies started. Fantastic wine. Loved everything about this stay. Absolutely Recommended....
