"I highly recommend this wonderful hotel! The staff are excellent! The location is so convenient, directly across the street from Toulouse Matabiau station. The beds were very comfortable. Our room had windows facing into a courtyard and was very very quiet. The shower head can be adjusted high enough for my son's 190cm frame and the water pressure and temperature were great. There is a water dispenser near the front desk with cold/ambient/sparkling water for free. We used this to fill multiple bottles with cold water before heading into Toulouse. Bag storage after checkout was free and very easy to retrieve the bags before our next train. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Toulouse! "

"We have so much trouble finding the reception and parking. It needs some signs to lead to the reception and parking. Otherwise the room was perfect "

"I had a balcony room, so it was really nice to sit outside for a bit in the mornings or evenings. The room also had a little kitchen, so that you could get some food from the nearby grocery store. The room itself was beautiful and bright, the bed was comfy and it was very quiet in my room. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am very happy that I chose this hotel for my stay in Toulouse."

"Great aparthotel. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Well situated - both for walking into the city centre (<30 mins to Pont Neuf) and/or the metro etc Pool looked fab - but access is difficult if you are mobility-impaired. Bed was comfortable and small kitchen was well,equipped for prepping uncomplicated meals. Only downside? Smell from drains in the bathroom area. Toilet was fine - it was just the drains from the bath and sink that were pungent. All in all - great value."
