"Disappointed after driving and wanting to sit in pool but it was closed. The room was had hairballs on the floor. Then looking for a quick bite before traveling again but the breakfast was minimal. Wish i would have chosen another hotel in the area"

"Our room was close to an entrance door, as the property mainly caters to overnight travelers. We experienced a lot of door noise throughout the night."

"Hadn’t stayed at a Comfort Inn & Suites before. Ran across this well rated location on a busy Easter Saturday when many locations were fully booked or only had king rooms remaining (we need 2 queens). Very pleased with this location! Everything from the bathroom to the carpet, foyer to hallways was very clean. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well and was quiet. Speaking of quiet, even though there were nearby guests we’d see in the halls plus many cars outside, did not hear a thing in the room, including that we don’t hear footsteps above us either. Would definitely recommend for a quick and comfortable stay."

"We specifically booked this property because they have an indoor pool. My wife has a medical condition and needs to swim as often as possible. This was the only property we found in the area that advertised an indoor pool. When she went downstairs this morning, she was told the pool was closed for several weeks for maintenance- they needed to replace the heater. I understand that things happen that are unavoidable, but it would have been nice to have this information in our confirmation email so we could have found another property. In addition, there was a water main break in.the morning, leaving us unable to shower, wash, or even flush the toilet. Again, I understand that things happen, but not a good look. Finally, when we tried to call the front desk to find out why we had no water, we discovered that our room phone was broken. On the plus side, the breakfast buffet was very nice- not your usual runny powdered eggs and greasy sausages. "

"THEY CHARGE A FEE TO PARK YOUR CAR!!! That’s unacceptable. It’s ridiculous and an insult. There are a dozen other hotels in the area. This is not a big city by any means and is a greedy offense. "
