"This property is welcoming, updated, very clean and very comfortable. Although we were there on a rainy weekend, the front porch swing was a favorite spot for relaxation. The kitchen is well-stocked with pans, dishes, spices, coffee and snacks. There are board games, movies as well as a cute toddler table and toys. There is a generous private parking area. The beds and linens are comfortable. Overall an excellent value!"

"Beautiful property on the Rappahannock River. Can tell it’s a little older. Everything was clean. It was nice that the linens were provided. We did have to make the beds with the sheets that were provided. The water toys were a blessing. Kitchen nicely stocked. Ashley was easy to get in touch with and check in was seamless."

The beds were very comfortable, and we especially loved the spacious yard, incredible views, large gathering area, and beautiful windows.The only minor issue was that the upstairs A/C unit struggled to keep a few bedrooms cool, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise excellent stay. We would definitely recommend this home to others"
