"Pub was not able to offer an evening meal for ourselves and 2 guests as they had run out of food and no delivery was expected until the following morning. Breakfast was excellent, there were a few concerns, no brown bread, no bowls or small plates but overall food was good. Room was clean and functional in a good position "

"The staff and breakfast where both great, what let's this hotel down is the desperate need for major refurbishment. The rooms have new furniture and paint but beyond this it's very old and tired. The bathrooms where last done in the very early 90s by the look of them. The pool area was also extremely old with bits of tiles missing in the pool, closed of sauna, and very scruffy changing rooms. "

"Excellent staff and motel. Rooms, food and how nothing is to much trouble for the staff (especially Loraine) is a credit to the owners. "

"Stayed in one of the Lodge / pods and had a lovely couple of nights. Well presented and a good location for coast and local attractions."

"Everyone so helpful , and meals are big portions and good selection, staff so nice treat you like family. Rooms clean and comfortable and parking on your doorstep , everything you could want , definitely going back and highly recommended "

"We booked this as it was close to a wedding venue in the centre of town. When we arrived we asked about where we could park for the weekend- response was a but grumpy and not very helpful as we were advised to park a distance away when my husband struggles with his mobility. Karaoke was in full swing when we arrived and unfortunately our room was directly above this and went on til 11 pm as it did the following night so if you want an early night you’ve got no chance if you have room 5. Room was small with very small shower - banged my elbow getting out. However everywhere was really clean as were the bar areas and for what we paid per night (it was Easter weekend as well) it was good value. It was ok for a 2 night stay - if you like karaoke. "

"It was unclean and smelt on entrance. Avoided breakfast due to uncleanliness and massive dog. Front was filthy. Would not recommend. "
