I had asked AI before booking (because my son had a sports match at 9) what time, breakfast...

"They say they dont work with the app and you have to pay them in cash even after paying in the app, so i payed twice for no reason. Room smelled of smoke and was not clean. Bed was not comfortable and not cleaned after last visit"
