"Room 409 has very low water pressure so taking a shower was not easy. Could not maintain the temperature of the water. Restaurant served nice food and the staff was friendly. "

"Breakfast had a decent spread . Staff for house keeping never showed up for days. Then on check out they wanted extra 20 dollars to clean a towel. I have stayed all over the world and have never heard of this. The manager was and staff demanded this fee and were extremely rude. The other facilities in the property are well below par. I would recommend Pullman . After this stay our company has decided to put all our staff at Pullman instead . They have a lovely pool and excellent ambience ."
