"The sofa bed's springs gave us a sore back. They were digging into our skin. There was no seal around the bath plug so the bath water ran out. "

"It was modern, clean, staff efficient and friendly and very good breakfast , all for a reasonable price. Hard to fault it. Also very close to Botanic Gardens and the incredible Ulster museum, both well worth visiting."
