"Beware of staying in lower levels, this hotel often rents spaces for events and the live extremely loud music started at 3:00 pm and ended at almost 2:00 am. It was unbearable."

"Other people who work in this all of the people who work in the hotel are so hospitable and efficient. The hotel itself is more than I’ve ever been. "

"I have a child with autism and upon check-in my son was throwing up and there was no room available so my son threw up in the restroom and threw up close to the lobby, but on the commercial mall area and we reek of throw up and we waited about two hours there was still no room. At this point, I even offered to pay extra to get a room early because my son was very ill and still no room was available. Finally about 2 o’clock there was a room available. The room was not up to par to what I am used to, and there was hair balls in every corner of the room. The restroom was a bit dirty. None of the chrome had been cleaned or shined the toilet cover door kept coming down and so I couldn’t use the restroom comfortably."

"Nothing, Nothing , Nothing. Avoid at all cost. Don’t event book. Worse service, AC Not Working in 3 rooms they gave me. First room sealing was falling off and water leaking everywhere. Checked in at 11pm. And was not able to get a good room till 3pm. Horrible."

"We asked the girl where there was a near by restaurant, she didn’t tell us there was one there. We ended up eating disgusting tacos instead. In the morning the restaurant was closed because the cook went home sick. They should have an extra cook."
