"All in all , it was ok. We made a last minute trip to Forks , WA over July 4 weekend . There wasn’t anything else available in the area , so our options were limited . It’s a roomy 5th wheel RV. It was clean and had the basic things we needed for our stay . It’s not a lux hotel , but it met our need . It was affordable and safe . It’s located in Forks so we could walk anywhere that we wanted to go . "

"Location was great, like you had hiked into the rainforest, but convenient. The price was about 3 times too expensive, but it was just what we needed that weekend, as far as a ready made campsite and solid shelter. Nice to have a toilet and shower nearby. Hot water was tricky to use without burns or cold, but worked. Some of the tent sites looked like they offered less privacy, so choose carefully with those. I've added pics of the short trail to the site. The advertised pics are accurate."

"We had a delightful stay in the cozy and comfortable Porthole. The check in was a breeze and we found everything we could possibly need in this both well appointed and supplied fun space. The bathroom has great lighting, super nice shower, and lots of towels:) The covered patio was a relaxing spot for lunch, the bench on the front lawn provided a great spot to watch sunset and enjoy the water views, and the zig zag path in front of the house provided the perfect walk to and from town. "I really enjoyed staying at The Gnome Home. It was very peaceful and relaxing after long days spent hiking. The beach trail is amazing and we even received some deer visitors in our front yard. The home was clean and all amenities were provided. Would love to stay again sometime! "

"Great location, walking distance (if you don't mind stairs!) to the ferry terminal, shopping, food, & drink. Breakfast across the street was a great plus. Took one star off of cleanliness as the pull-out mattress pad had long hair on it, like it hadnt been changed since last used, and a couple of the spare pillows too."

"Chose this motel for its walkability to downtown, which ended up working fine. It's a bit of an uphill coming back, but it wasn't really a problem for us. When we arrived to check-in, we found they had upgraded us to their King Suite, which was really appreciated. The room was basic but clean and had everything we needed. There was an A/C unit in the room that really helped keep it cool. The pillows are a bit flat, so bring your own pillow if that's an issue for you. I did, and I slept a bit better for it. We could hear the cars go by, but we were back a bit from the road, so it wasn't too bad at all. All in all, a great stay for one night and we'd stay there again."

"This was a great place to stay while exploring Olympic National Park. I would absolutely come back again. Good: The breakfast in the morning was legit and had something for everyone. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy. And it was not far from a great restaurant (Midtown Public House in Port Angeles) that we went to twice during our 2-day stay. Areas for Improvement: It did get crowded in the breakfast area and felt like Tetris for a bit. Also, there was a little mold in the bathroom on the shower grout. "
