"My son and and I stayed at Plaza Magdalena during Spring Break 2024 and had a wonderful time. It's right in the heart of Copan Ruinas so it was a short walk or tuk tuk ride to the ruins of Copan, restaurants, Macaw Mountain bird sanctuary, coffee houses, city park or shopping. The staff was very helpful in spite of our limited Spanish. We would like to return to Copan Ruinas someday. It is a truly magical place."

"This is a great place to stay when in Copan. Some things that stood out was the location, easily walkable to the ruins of Copan. The bed and pillows were very comfortable!! Shampoo and soap was supplied, but there was no refrigerator in the room, as well as no toothbrush/toothpaste. The air conditioning and fan worked well, which was nice because there was a hole under the balcony door that can allow heat / bugs inside. That needs to be fixed. Check in and out was seamless.
