"It is low season so it was quiet and peaceful. The pool was definitely one of the highlights of the location. Our cabana was really cool, too. I will stay here again when I come back. BUT, Carlos was the highlight of our stay. He keeps the property safe and takes care of every guest. On his day off, at 9pm at night he helped me and my travel buddy find an open Emergency Room. She had dangerous heat exhaustion and it was worsening. I do not know what we would have done without Carlos. He is an angel on Earth. It’s still surreal and I am understating my experience. I feel extremely lucky to have chosen Cassia Hill. We are so grateful for the coolest place to stay and the sweetest, hardest working folks at Cassia Hill. Carlos and Cassia Hill were incredible gifts for which I am eternally grateful ❤️❤️🙏🙏"
