"This hotel comes highly recommended. Centrally located opposite the tram line, Gare railway station and many buses. Spotlessly clean, very spacious rooms. Very warm and welcoming bar area, where nothing was too much trouble. Very wide range of alcohol, cocktails on offer. Breakfast was buffet style with many choices including hot breakfasts, cold meats, fruit,breads, choice of tea and coffees and if you require eggs done differently eg, poached, fried etc,that wasn’t any trouble.
The jewel in this hotels crown though are the staff. From the welcome as you check in to every member of staff in whatever department they worked in, their pride in the work that they do is highly evident. Nothing is too much trouble and they are all so very knowledgeable in their given fields. They made our stay one of the best we have ever had and we hope to return one day.
Like I said earlier, would highly recommend this hotel. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I certainly would."
