I wasnt alerted to this until I came back to get ready for the concert I had booked and went up to my room. I then had to move to my alternative room two floors up and had to move all my belongings after having to pack myself and had to rush to unpack again and get to the show on time. I questioned the receptionist why hadnt I been contacted and was told as I had a'third party booking' they had no contact details. I found this very concerning - I and my friend had checked into two separate rooms as guests at the hotel and no details were on their system....very lax on security and worrying should an emergency have happened"
