"I rather enjoyed this little hotel. It was a nostalgic experience. I smiled while filling out the guest card. The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I sleep like a rock. If I was looking for a reason to complain, the bed was too comfy and I slept through 2 alarms. I would highly recommend this place. No, its not the Four Seasons, however it is a nice and safe place to get some rest, and it was very affordable. I am typically a hotel snob, but I will stay here again if I am in the area. "

"The front desk person Julie was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make our stay great. We were driving across country with our daughter and she couldn’t have been nicer, more helpful or more professional. "

"Very friendly family owned staff. Very clean rooms and bathroom. Only suggested improvement is the food selection for breakfast. Some yogurt and hot eggs, instead of refrigerated hard boiled eggs, would have been nice. Check out was easy. "

"We have been on a cross country road trip and have mainly been camping. We have been hitting hotels along Route 66. This did its job. Warm shower and a bed. The sheets and towels all had stains. There was hair on the sheets that wasn’t ours when we pulled back the covers. The room never really cooled down with the ac unit in the room but it’s was cool enough to sleep in. It was easy and the aesthetic was cool. "

"Debbie is as sweet as they come. She goes above and beyond to help. BUT Room 138 had a flooded bathroom and holes burned in the bedding. Moved to 139. The room is horrible. There was no hot water at all. Poor Debbie had to work a double because no one came to relieve her. She was so tired this morning, she fell asleep and didn't get coffee going. This is no way to run a motel. "
