"When we requested water and cleaning service, they either delayed or refused us. Sometimes the toilet was very clogged in our room. And the breakfast was not at the expected quality. Otherwise, the room itself was very nice and safe. The pool was excellent. I would request the staff to improve their service."

"Stayed one night. Room full of smell of vernish felt suffocated. If you order food takes 1.5 hours to cook and deliver! Is this call seevice? Asked for simple tea which not available only by machine! Swimingpool rent out to guest from other hotels!! So its become bublic swimingpool. Horrible experience. However, when we got there, they told us that double rooms are all booked and they gave us two single rooms instead.
