"Nothing as described on your website . Not a deluxe room No microwave or tea coffee maker as advertised The accommodation was actually closed for refurbishment and we were the only people in the building . No bath as advertised. No nice view of the city. TV worked by internet so it buffered all the time until it went off about 9 pm and needed a code to use it which tbe one man there did not know . Only managed to stay one night despite booking for three. Airport Shuttle did not exist...

"Location was nice near Caspian see and Denis mall was near , all staff was kind and helpful. Perfect breakfast and service, recommend for everyone. Will come back again."

10/10 Excellent

"The map of the road closures and Baku Circuit traffic restrictions should be emailed to the guests in advance (even you local and licensed can driver didn't know where to drop us off) instead of being left in the room (if I'm already in the room that means we've managed to get to the hotel already). Same as the fact there was a complimentary shuttle provided from the temp reception desk to the hotel - we carried our suitcases around and across the track."

"While located at a small distance from the core of the City, the hotel exceeded my expectations, service, pool, room, balcony and breakfast buffet. With a public bus stop in front of property, there is no need for waiting for the free shuttle to get downtown. 10 minutes and you are at the metro station."
