"Terrible from start to finish. We were provided a different address to start with. My understanding was that this hotel is in the heart of town and nearby my destination. AC did not work properly. Shower did not drain properly. They were incompetent with helping with taxi to my destination. Whole city is full of petty thieves. I feel sorry for them."
