The restaurant service was extremely disappointing. On a Sunday night, with hardly four tables occupied, it took nearly 45 minutes for the food to arrive and around 15 minutes just for someone to take our order. After another 30 minutes, they brought papad, but basic accompaniments were still missing.
When the biryani was served, we asked for raita, and the staff said they would bring it but completely forgot. I had to remind them twice, and by the time the raita arrived, I had already finished most of the biryani.
The same poor service continued with water. For three guests, only one 500 ml bottle was served, and no refill was offered unless repeatedly requested. Overall, the dining experience and service quality were very poor."
