"It’s probably the best hotel on the island. But that isn’t saying too much. I will give them credit that the rooms are clean and the property was mostly maintained. But the front desk staff was all in line with each other. And then they closed the laundry one day because of an event next door. They told us to come back the next day. I went back at 6:30am and they told me that it’s closed that day too because of an event next door that started at 8:00am. I had the laundry with me and told her that it could be easily be done in that timeframe and she said no. I asked why and she said because an even starts at 8:00 next door. Just no critical thinking. Most of the staff never really seemed friendly either. But…it’s a clean place to stay. A little snack shop on property as well as a restaurant (they were friendly in there)."
