"Great place friendly staff only downside was the outdated bathroom and an exceptionally small room television."

"The hotel is busy being refurbished,so is still a little tired but our room was clean and the bed comfortable with excellent linen and towels .It was sad to see a once bustling hotel ,feeling quiet and dejected but with the refurbishment complete ,the friendly staff and excellent chef hopefully things will turn around .The golf course looks well maintained ,though we didn’t have time to play ."

"An amazing quiet holiday destination. "

"The host was friendly and made our stay enjoyable"

"What a beautiful situation and beach. We had a lovely stay. They even waited us 5 till 21h30 as we arrived late. Awesome breakfast buffet. "

"Great room in a historic inn in the middle of Hoggsback. Service was virtually nonexistent, and the food was disappointing. "

"Good food andvLovely room. Sunken bathtub with garden view just lacks a TV in the room but have been told they will be installed shortly. "

"Great staff, great property, truly refreshing. The property is underrated, from the rooms with outside showers, amenities and the game roaming around the property and lastly the trail within the property offers a great opportunity to walk or run for relaxation and reflection, we were pleasantly surprised by all of this. The only bad thing we noticed was the odour in the room at times, it smelled like blocked drain or sewage."

"No shelf in the shower. The property was geared for the occasion but only just"

"Wunderschön gelegenes Hostel mit komfortablen und sauberen Zimmern. Das Essen ist super lecker und vielfältig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strand ist einfach idyllisch. Empfehlenswert ohne Einschränkung :) Immer wieder gerne!"
